Yes, the only person in our family ever to break a bone has done it again!
It was a Saturday morning, and we were on our way to soccer games. I made the twins come with me, just to get them out of the house. They brought a basketball. They played basketball. They argued over the basketball. And Josh got shoved and fell on his shoulder and ended up with a broken collarbone.
Oh brother.
We only had one car at the game, and the girls weren't done yet, so we left Price and Ethan there with the girls and I drove Tim and Josh home, where they got into Tim's car and drove to the urgent care. He got xrays, pain medication (which he never used) and a sling. Also a couple of days off of school.
I was amazed at what was either his lack of pain or his high tolerance for it. Seriously- I gave him ibuprofen the first night, but he never wanted anything after that. Today (about 3 weeks later) he is cleared to stop wearing the sling, and he should be okay for basketball in a couple of months.
Hey Josh- let's not do this again, okay?
