Baby Shower!

Meredith threw an awesome baby shower for me-  isn't the cake that Missy decorated darling?!

We had tons of people there- lots and lots of family, including the lovely Rebekah and her 3 beautiful cousins.

Even Aunt Lorraine with Rebekah and Bronte!  We also had Mishaun, Tiffany and Linsey, Aunt Suzanne, and I'm sure I'm forgetting someone.  Tons of 7th warders were there, and my new next door neighbor, Rebecca, who brought a hand-sewn present, even though she's already outfitted me with baby gear!

and lots and lots of gorgeous baby clothes.  That huge bag there was the group gift- and I didn't count, but there must have been 25 outfits in it.  They just went on and on, and everything was so cute!  Thanks for using your mad shopping skills in my behalf, Meredith!

I think we're pretty much set until Eliza's 2 years old.

Emma and Annie came, of course, and were all over the presents- they ferried all the bags from upstairs, and made sure I didn't take a break from opening them.  It was all very exciting.

Mom's present was a blessing dress that she sewed for Eliza- it's gorgeous! And below is a pretty, soft blanket from Mishaun, Tiffany and Linsey.

We felt very loved after this shower- thanks so much to Meredith, for planning and hosting everything, and to Juli for your help and especially for the 5 freezer meals you brought down the next week!

I am grateful for wonderful friends and family!
