Disclaimer
Before everyone runs out to rent Back to the Future, I thought I should add this to my last post: we tried to watch the second movie today, and I ended up turning it off because of the language. There is quite a bit in the first movie, too, but we managed to justify our way through it. We were wishing we had one of those filtering dvd players! All three movies are rated PG. We're kind of wondering if the rating guidelines have changed a little since 1985- the second movie got pretty bad!

Back to the Future is where I learned my first swear word. Seriously. And I said it over and over. That is until I got spanked. Ha ha!
What? Back to the Future has swearing. Was I just so used to it I didn't notice it or remember it. That's really too bad because I was looking forward to showing it to my kids.
Your kids will remember you turning it off. Great lesson.
